Down payment: 20 % of the total price within 10 days after receiving the invoice = confirmationon, to the following bank account: BANKINTER Nr. 0128 5056 42 0100000231. Final payment: 80 % + Cleaning of exit, by delivery of the keys in cash. Deposit (obligatory):
Deposit of 400, - € in cash when you arrive. The return of the deposit will take place the day of the delivery of keys after the control of the house.
Services included in the price:
Consumption of water, electricity, heating and use of garden and/or swimming pool.
Services not included in the price:
The units are not provided with bedlinen or towels.
Cleaning of exit (obligatory), is pleased to the delivery of keys the day of the arrival, between 80,- € and 130,- €
Additional services:
Baby Cradle: 6, - € per day
Hour of extra cleaning: 12, - €
Bedlinen, towels: 10, - € per person Cancellation costs:
until 61 days before the stay: free of charge
60 to 45 days before the stay: 10% of the total price.
45 to 21 days before the stay: 30% of the total price.
21 to 10 days before the stay 50% of the total price. 10 to 2 days before the stay: 80% of the sum total.
1 day or nonappearance resembles: 100% of the sum total.
Complaints:
Objections in connection with the renting object must be announced within 2 days after arrival locally. Possible compensation must be submitted within 14 days after the departure in writing.
