Denia
Dénia (on valenciano and in Spanish Denia), is a city at the east coast of Spain. It is situated between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca, in a place with a special warm weather and many sunshine days with a average anual temperature of 20ºC.
Dénia’s beaches (20km of sand beach) are of a remarkable beauty and it has a historic centre where the castle raises majestically right in the centre of town. Mount Montgó, declared a Natural Park, is only a few metres from the sea and fishing boats come and go whilst they mark the rhythm of everyday life and provide Dénia with the best of the sea, making it the celebrated cuisine haven it has become. We propose a climb to the castle, a visit to museums, churches, streets and old quarters, a walk in Montgó Natural Park, watch how ships arrive to the fish exchange, enjoying sand beaches or encouraging you to practice a sport, living local fiestas with us and getting to know the surroundings, amongst many other activities. Near Denia there are two 18-hole golf courses: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf. Castle of Dénia
Costa Blanca
Costa Blanca (English: White Coast) refers to the over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the Province of Alicante (Alacant) in Spain. The name "Costa Blanca" was devised as a promotional name used by BEA when they launched their air service (for £38.16s.-) between London and Valencia in 1957. It has a well developed tourism industry and is a popular destination for British and German tourists. It extends from the towns of Denia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa dels Tarongers, to Torrevieja in the south, beyond which lies the Costa Calida. It includes the major tourist destinations of Benidorm and Alicante. Alicante
